Stormrage Review

The Book Stormrage by Richard A. Knaak is a book about the World of Warcraft story, it’s about Malfurion Stormrage, a druid who seeks to end The Nightmare from the Emerald Dream.
No one is safe from The Nightmare in the book. Dragons, druids and even the great archdruid Malfurion Stormrage can’t escape the corruption.

My personal opinion on the book is that it’s a bit hard to read, very interesting title and action, the narration is fluid and it isn’t boring at all, sometimes when I get a warcraft book I don’t stop until I finish it because it’s very captivating and interesting to know how the story was written, Malfurion is just caught in this nightmare and can’t escape and other druids are seeking to wake him up because he is the only one who can cure them all from the nightmare, even dragons can’t escape it and become aswell corrupted themselves, the full action represents the seeking of the druids to understand what The Nightmare means and how can they defeat it the action takes place in a fantasy world just like World of Warcraft if you play the game you can relate to 90% of what the book says. We have raids with The Emerald Nightmare in World of Warcraft Legion expansion pack the book is almost like the raid it’s about waking up every dragon druid who is affected by it and try to purge the evil from the Emerald Dream.

I enjoyed reading it so much sometimes I want to read my warcraft books all over again but when I miss it I just experience the full content in-game, anyway the books are worth reading, I couldn’t find the Romanian version of them so I read them in English, not that hard but it just improves my English writing so I guess it’s a win-win situation.
